We're thrilled to provide you with quality products and exceptional service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. 

Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly first to file a claim. 

On hand items will be shipped 3-5 business days. Pre-orders items are processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may vary slightly. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
